6. Pricing and Auto-Renewals

ROImuse reserves the right to change pricing and features included with each subscription, plan or service. Access to FREE or TRIAL accounts may be revoked or features available for FREE or TRIAL accounts may be modified as they seem suitable by ROImuse at any time, with or without notice.

 

Annual subscriptions will automatically renew and your card on file will be charged each year (typically purchase date + 12 months). Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew and your card on file will be charged each month (typically purchase date + 1 month). You may cancel your service at any time by emailing support@roimuse.com. Please refer to the refund policy on this page. 

 

7. Re-targeting and Cookie Policy

Your information, including email and phone number, may be used to communicate new features and promotional offers from ROImuse. This information may be used for re-targeting marketing campaigns via email, social media and other means. You may request in writing it to be removed from our system and marketing list at any time.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Given the digital nature of ROImuse products and services, we DO NOT offer any refunds or credits on purchases unless it is legally required. You may cancel or downgrade your ROImuse subscription at any time, but you will not be issued a refund for any unused portion. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the renewal date. Customers are encouraged to use any available free trials before paying for a service. If a money back guarantee is offered at a promotion, that guarantee only applies to products or services purchased using that specific promotion.
